Sanja learned the sauna in Tampere, where nobody hurries a sauna. At Lipa she runs the rituals, the hammam and the private sauna, and makes sure nobody steps out into the cold after the steam without tea.

How she works

• First time? She explains every round before it starts
• For two she gets the room ready ahead — mention anniversaries in the note
• At the end, linden tea and fifteen minutes on the terrace
